The Hoosic Valley Community Partners: After Prom Party
The Hoosic Valley Community Partners is a group of your friends and neighbors dedicated to organizing safe and fun events for the Hoosic Valley community. We will be hosting our tenth annual After Prom Party at the high school on May 17 2025. All Hoosic Valley students in grades 9 through 12, including those who choose not to attend the prom, are invited to attend this free event. Past planned activities have included laser tag, mechanical bull riding, DJ, outdoor lounge, photo room, video games and much, much more. There will be door prizes as well as large ticket grand prizes. Snacks will be available throughout the night.
We want to make this a night everyone will enjoy and remember for years to come. To make this a reality, we need support from all sectors of our community. Monetary, as well as volunteer support, are needed to ensure the success of this event.

Event Planning
Immediate need: *Canvassing businesses for donations (donation letter on website). We have a long list of past donors to approach. The more volunteers we have, the shorter the list of stops/calls each person will need to make. While planning and working this event is very time consuming, it is also very rewarding.
Please help us provide this safe, fun event for our kids.
All meetings are held in the High School Library at 7:00 pm.
