LEGAL NOTICE

The Board of Education of the Hoosic Valley Central School District at Schaghticoke, Schaghticoke, NY, Towns of Schaghticoke and Pittstown in Rensselaer County and Cambridge and Easton in Washington County, hereby request sealed bids for:

Boiler Maintenance & Servicing 2026-2027 10:00 a.m.
   
Waste & Recycling Removal     2026-2027 10:15 a.m.
   
Snow Removal                          2026-2027 10:30 a.m.
   
Fuel-Diesel, Unleaded gas, and heating fuel                                             2026-2027 10:45 a.m.

 

 

Detailed specifications and bid forms may be secured from the Purchasing Agent at the Business Office, 2 Pleasant Avenue, Schaghticoke, NY 12154 or by calling (518) 753-4458 ext. 1508

Bid proposals will be opened and read aloud at the Business Office on Thursday, May 14, 2026 at the times listed above.   The Board of Education reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any or all bids, or to accept the bid that in its judgment will be in the best interest of the School District.
