Hoosic Valley CSD will implement a district-wide emergency notification system. The project deploys Singlewire InformaCast Fusion for mass notification with IP speakers, digital displays, outdoor horns and strobes covering all classrooms, hallways, cafeterias, gyms and outdoor areas. A five-year subscription provides cloud-hosted alerting to phones, desktops, digital signage and mobile devices. The system integrates with panic buttons and automatically triggers lockdown, evacuation or weather alerts across multiple modalities, supporting Alyssa’s Law, Kari’s Law and the Ray Baum’s Act. Low-voltage cabling, professional services, architect/engineer review and a contingency allowance are included.
