Honoring Our Heroes: Wall of Heroes Project
This month, our amazing 4th, 5th, and 6th grade Student Council members have been hard at work on a very special project to honor the veterans in our community. They stayed after school to create and display a “Wall of Heroes” featuring photos of veterans from our students’ families.
The Wall will be up throughout the month of November, so be sure to check it out in person and celebrate the service and sacrifice of these incredible heroes.
In addition to the display, our Student Council also wrote heartfelt thank you letters to veterans who will be taking an Honor Flight next year.
