Activity Club – Birding Expedition

On Wednesday, September 13, 2023, Activity Club went on a wondrous birding expedition around the school grounds. During their exhilarating outdoor experience, they saw kingbirds, bluebirds, and field sparrows. They may have also spotted a mockingbird and a goldfinch.
The Activity Club’s endeavors not only consisted of birding, but also plant exploration. They saw a variety of specimens such as wild cucumbers, virginia creepers, and jewelweed. They also saw a wide range of insects including different species of bees and butterflies.
